Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products marked as Final Sale or belonging to designated non-returnable collections.
  • Customized or personalized products, if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

No Restocking Fee

Day By Day Needs does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
